What we consume visually is just as important as our nutritional diet.The images we see daily influences how we move and see ourselves wether it’s consciously or subconsciously; that being said it is important that we have positive and powerful images of ourself especially In the black community and culture, not for vanity sake, but as a reminder that we were all made in the image of the almighty.
